University Registrar Office
The University Registrar’s Office is strategically located at the first floor of the Administration Building, just behind the University Chapel. This office takes custody of the scholastic records and information of the pupils and students in all levels and monitors the implementation of the programs across all disciplines.
At present, the Office is headed by Dr. Ray B. Ortega, the University Registrar and assisted by Ms. Cynthia Sheila Jorge, Assistant Registrar.
Guided by the vision and mission statements of the University, the Office of the University Registrar seeks to maintain and keep quality records of its pupils, students, and alumni. In order to achieve these, its staff continuously works with confidentiality, honesty, utmost care and precision all the time. It expects to deliver quality service on time all the time.
The Office of the University Registrar shall continuously work for improvement of its services, hardware and software to meet the changing needs of time.
